As you checkout, you'll see a tick box for 'Add a gift message & optional gift wrap'.

Tick the box and you'll be offered the option to include:

- one of our FREE greetings postcards (there's lots to choose from and you’ll find one for every occasion!)

- gift wrapping (for an extra £2.50). Your gift will be wrapped in tissue paper, packed in a natural cardboard box and hand tied with a natural paper ribbon bow in the colour of your choice.

- a gift message for your order. Just write it in the box and one of the team will handwrite it for you adding a personal touch to your gift!

We are happy to accept orders from around the world, but currently only offer delivery within mainland UK. Due to GPSR customs regulations, we are unable to ship to Northern Ireland at this time.

Tracked 48: 9am Thursday 19th December
Tracked 24: 11am Friday 20th December
DHL: 11am Friday 20th December

We offer the following delivery options. In all cases you will be provided with a tracking number. Orders received by 10am weekdays will be sent out the same day.

1: ROYAL MAIL TRACKED 48 - £3.50 (FREE for orders over £50)

This is our standard delivery option. Usually delivered within two to three working days.

2: ROYAL MAIL TRACKED 24 - £5.00 (Only £1.50 for orders over £50)

A faster service, usually delivered the next working day.

3: DHL EXPRESS - £8.50

Delivery by DHL courier using their express service which usually delivers next day (Monday-Friday only). Order by 11am weekdays for same day dispatch.

We are happy to accept orders from around the world, but only offer delivery within mainland UK (excluding Jersey & Guernsey due to required customs documentation and Northern Ireland due to GPSR Customs Regulations).

We hope you will be pleased with your purchase, however should you wish to return anything bought from us, we will be happy to refund or exchange a product provided it is in a fully resalable condition.

Returns should be sent back to us within one month of the date of purchase, in their original, undamaged packaging. Please email us for more details.

I love my silk scarf. Super quality and beautiful to look at. It is very comfortable and will be excellent in the cold. Thankyou.

Well wrapped

Gift was beautifully wrapped, but sadly everything had been wrapped as one present, even though only the votive candles were supposed to be a present.

So pleased you liked the wrapping. In future if you put a note in the notes box at the checkout letting us know what you would like wrapped from the order we can certainly do that for you :)

Looked pretty

The appearance on the website looked attractive, but as this was a gift it is to actually difficult to honestly review without seeing it in person.
