GREEN TULIP

Founder Charity Nichols launched Green Tulip back in 2007, with an aim to continuously find new and exciting brands that produce stylish and contemporary products with sound ethical credentials.

After 15 years buying experience with John Lewis, Charity left her busy life in the city and sourced a small stockroom and office in the heart of the Wiltshire countryside close to where she grew up.

The story behind Green Tulip

HUMBLE BEGINNINGS

Tirelessly running a sustainable business whilst bringing up a young family (and a Beagle!), Charity decided in 2011 to take on someone to help with the day to day orders and stock control.

The quickly expanding Green Tulip Team soon outgrew its small stockroom and office and in 2015 relocated (across the yard!) to a disused warehouse and purpose-built office with photography studio. It also boasts a beautiful view of Roundway Down, an Iron Age hill fort located on the outskirts of Devizes.

WILTSHIRE LIFE!

In the summer of 2022 Green Tulip celebrated its 15th birthday, and was proud to be the first ever winner of Wiltshire Life's Green Business Of The Year award.

The growing GT team now includes the most hairy member, Lola the Portuguese Pointer - she's a great time keeper and never fails to be early to meetings to get first pick of the comfy chairs!
