From October 2023 Single use plastic cutlery and polystyrene was banned in the UK. It is still possible to find single use items however in some cafes and takeaways. Using reusable cutlery limits the need for single use items when out and about.
Bamboo is very versatile it is super lightweight easy to keep clean and can be very smooth to eat and drink from making it ideal for travel and keeping in your pocket or bag when going out and about.
Bamboo is a sustainable material because it grows so quickly. It can grow up to two feet per day which means it quickly grows back after it has been harvested. Our bamboo is sustainably sourced and helps to reduce plastic waste from single use items.

I bought my friend’s secret Santa gift from here and everything was perfect - the package was ordered and arrived within the stated time, the packaging was eco friendly and the products were just fantastic. I love that this company is doing something ethical, quietly and without a fuss but that it does it to the absolute best of its ability and exactly what you’d expect. Plus from looking at the website it’s a team of dedicated and fabulous women (and Lola the dog!) who are committed to what they do.
