All of the Not Quite Perfect products we sell are still completely 'fit for purpose'. It is part of our Not Quite Perfect because perhaps the clips are a little tight (they will become less tight with use), the packaging is loose or there is a small cosmetic mark or scratch.
Please note - because these items are sold as Not Quite Perfect, we cannot accept returns unless the product is faulty and not 'fit for purpose'.

We are happy to accept orders from around the world, but currently only offer delivery within mainland UK. Due to GPSR customs regulations, we are unable to ship to Northern Ireland at this time.

We offer the following delivery options. In all cases you will be provided with a tracking number. Orders received by 10am weekdays will be sent out the same day.
1: ROYAL MAIL TRACKED 48 - £3.50 (FREE for orders over £50)
This is our standard delivery option. Usually delivered within two to three working days.
2: ROYAL MAIL TRACKED 24 - £5.00 (Only £1.50 for orders over £50)
A faster service, usually delivered the next working day.
3: DHL EXPRESS - £8.50
Delivery by DHL courier using their express service which usually delivers next day (Monday-Friday only). Order by 11am weekdays for same day dispatch.
We are happy to accept orders from around the world, but only offer delivery within mainland UK (excluding Jersey & Guernsey due to required customs documentation and Northern Ireland due to GPSR Customs Regulations).

I bought my friend’s secret Santa gift from here and everything was perfect - the package was ordered and arrived within the stated time, the packaging was eco friendly and the products were just fantastic. I love that this company is doing something ethical, quietly and without a fuss but that it does it to the absolute best of its ability and exactly what you’d expect. Plus from looking at the website it’s a team of dedicated and fabulous women (and Lola the dog!) who are committed to what they do.
