Large natural seagrass bowl with a little fabric ReSpiin label and swing tag. Hand made responsibly in Bangladesh from natural seagrass; a renewable, sustainable and biodegradable material.
Wipe clean.
Approximate size: 8cm high x 25cm diameter.
Seagrass grows very quickly in shallow saltwater along coastlines and
rivers. Once mature, the grass is cut by hand and dried in the sun, then hand
twisted and woven. Dried seagrass is durable and moisture resistant.
Not only is seagrass totally natural and sustainable, it is also a renewable
and biodegradable material.
ReSpiin baskets and bowls are hand woven in Bangladesh through a supplier
working towards WFTO membership. The supplier is committed to providing regular
employment in a working environment that is safe and hygienic, and they pay a
living wage to all employees.
The sewing thread used in this product is made of 70% polyester and 30% cotton.
It cannot be 100% cotton thread as this will not tolerate the sewing machine
tension needed to be able to stitch the seagrass into place. All products are tested safe for food contact.
This bowl features a little fabric ReSpiin label stitched onto the rim and
comes with a recyclable swing tag. Wipe clean with a damp cloth.

We are happy to accept orders from around the world, but currently only offer delivery within mainland UK. Due to GPSR customs regulations, we are unable to ship to Northern Ireland at this time.

We offer the following delivery options. In all cases you will be provided with a tracking number. Orders received by 10am weekdays will be sent out the same day.
1: ROYAL MAIL TRACKED 48 - £3.50 (FREE for orders over £50)
This is our standard delivery option. Usually delivered within two to three working days.
2: ROYAL MAIL TRACKED 24 - £5.00 (Only £1.50 for orders over £50)
A faster service, usually delivered the next working day.
3: DHL EXPRESS - £8.50
Delivery by DHL courier using their express service which usually delivers next day (Monday-Friday only). Order by 11am weekdays for same day dispatch.
We are happy to accept orders from around the world, but only offer delivery within mainland UK (excluding Jersey & Guernsey due to required customs documentation and Northern Ireland due to GPSR Customs Regulations).
