Ideal for taking a waste free 'on-the-go' balanced lunch from home, this rectangular stainless steel lunch box has a handy silicone seal around the inside of the lid which means it's more leak resistant than the standard A Slice of Green containers. It also has levered locking clips at each end for extra pressure during closure. 4.5cm x 18cm x 13cm.
Please note that although this container is suitable for wetter foods such as dressed salad or dips it is not designed for liquid foods such as soups and broths. We recommend a screw top food jar for liquid foods. To maximise leak resistance, we would advise transporting the container in the flat position.
Why we love it
A Slice of Green containers, bowls and plates are made from high quality, food grade 204 stainless steel and have folded, smooth edges. Stainless steel is non-toxic and non-leaching and will not retain or impart flavours.
The silicone seal is removable and can be washed separately, then reinserted, flat side down. Please ensure seal and container lid is clean, dry and free from grease before re-inserting. A spare seal is also included inside the container.
Not for use in microwave. Dishwasher safe. We do not recommend the leak resistant lunch boxes for use in the oven, even with the seal removed. Prolonged exposure to very hot temperatures can cause the metal to distort and then there could be issues with the lid fitting properly.
Free from BPA, phthalates and lead.

Made responsibly in North India from high quality 204 food grade stainless steel. A Slice of Green visited the manufacturer in 2018 who have previously passed an Asia Inspection Ethical Audit Report. The report covers working hours and wages, hygiene, health and safety, waste management, child and young labour, labour practices including forced labour, worker representation, disciplinary practices and discrimination.
We are happy to accept orders from around the world, but currently only offer delivery within mainland UK. Due to GPSR customs regulations, we are unable to ship to Northern Ireland at this time.

A faster service, usually delivered the next working day.
3: DHL EXPRESS - £8.95
Delivery by DHL courier using their express service which usually delivers next day (Monday-Friday only). Order by 11am weekdays for same day dispatch.
