    Usage and disposal instructions

    Will last up to 6 months. 

    After 1 or 2 months of use, boil the stick to reactivate it.   

    Dispose of in compost, garden waste or household refuse.

    This charcoal stick fits inside the 500ml Infuser Lid for Qwetch Insulated 260 and 500ml and the 14 cm infuser for the Active 600ml and 1L bottle.

    Place in the infuser into an insulated bottle to purify and mineralise tap water. It retains chlorine and releases calcium, potassium and other useful minerals. Bamboo charcoal has a reduced ecological impact compared to charcoal wood as it is faster growing, stores 5 times more carbon and absorbs impurities.  Produced in Taiwan, it is CAS certified (Certified Agricultural standards) and is regulated by the Taiwan Council of Agriculture.

    We are happy to accept orders from around the world, but currently only offer delivery within mainland UK. Due to GPSR customs regulations, we are unable to ship to Northern Ireland at this time.

    We offer the following delivery options. In all cases you will be provided with a tracking number. Orders received by 10am weekdays will be sent out the same day.

    1: ROYAL MAIL TRACKED 48 - £3.50 (FREE for orders over £50)

    This is our standard delivery option. Usually delivered within two to three working days.

    2: ROYAL MAIL TRACKED 24 - £5.00 (Only £1.50 for orders over £50)

    A faster service, usually delivered the next working day.

    3: DHL EXPRESS - £8.50

    Delivery by DHL courier using their express service which usually delivers next day (Monday-Friday only). Order by 11am weekdays for same day dispatch.

    We are happy to accept orders from around the world, but only offer delivery within mainland UK (excluding Jersey & Guernsey due to required customs documentation and Northern Ireland due to GPSR Customs Regulations).

    We hope you will be pleased with your purchase, however should you wish to return anything bought from us, we will be happy to refund or exchange a product provided it is in a fully resalable condition.
