Maple Pecan 55% Milk Chocolate Bar
The inspiration for this bar comes from one of Pump Street's bakery classics - the Canadian Butter Tart. The combination of maple syrup, shortcrust pastry and caramelised pecans gives this irresistible chocolate bar lots of crunchy texture with just the right amount of sweetness - heaven!

This delicious chocolate bar is made with fine cacao beans from the Hacienda Victoria in Ecuador, a progressive farm known for its stewardship of the land and its delicate fermentation, showcasing the mellow nuttiness of the Arriba Nacional beans.
Pump Street Chocolate is clear about the importance of supporting the cocoa farmers it works with. By sourcing the best beans grown with minimal intervention, and through a transparent, ethical, and sustainable supply chain and direct trade, it is able to pay prices far greater than fair trade direct to its growers. Farmers are able to take home a fair wage and give the same to their team members, and to maintain their land and trees in environmentally responsible ways.
Handmade in Orford, Suffolk by a family-run company made up of bakers and chocolate makers. Everything it produces is a reflection of the finest produce, farming and agriculture that surround the brand's location on the Suffolk Heritage Coast. Traditionally packaged in aluminium foil and a beautiful, seasonally illustrated paper wrapper. Please separate the foil from the paper before recycling.

70g - with a beautifully illustrated seasonal wrapper. Approximately 7.5cm wide x 15.5cm long
20g mini - approximately 5cm wide x 7.5cm long.
Ingredients: Organic cocoa beans, cane sugar, milk powder, organic cocoa butter. May contain milk, cereals containing gluten, eggs, nuts and sesame seeds.
