Why We Love It
Not Guilty is a natural toilet descaler containing citric acid, specially formulated to break down and dissolve limescale. It has a fresh, lemon fragrance and comes in a specially formulated dissolvable BioPod, designed to simply drop straight into the toilet bowl.
Allow the pod to fizz up and then scrub thoroughly with a toilet brush for a bright, shiny result. It completely biodegrades and is harmless to everything. Use regularly to reduce limescale build up.
Originally designed for commercial use, British brand MACK has developed a unique range of ocean friendly biotech cleaning products aimed specifically at the domestic market. Biotech products are not only eco-friendly, plant based and palm oil free, they are also extremely effective.

We offer the following delivery options. In all cases you will be provided with a tracking number. Orders received by 10am weekdays will be sent out the same day.
1: ROYAL MAIL TRACKED 48 - £3.50 (FREE for orders over £50)
This is our standard delivery option. Usually delivered within two to three working days.
2: ROYAL MAIL TRACKED 24 - £5.00 (Only £1.50 for orders over £50)
A faster service, usually delivered the next working day.
3: DHL EXPRESS - £8.50
Delivery by DHL courier using their express service which usually delivers next day (Monday-Friday only). Order by 11am weekdays for same day dispatch.

Doesn’t really fizz but does clean the toilet well. You do need to use a lot of elbow grease to scrub the toilet after the pod dissolves.
We've used the 'Not Guilty' and agree you need a bit of elbow grease to shift the build up of limescale! We're happy that we're not adding a load of chemicals to our waterways so don't mind a good scrub! Glad you like it!
Not very good at all.I used both packs and it still didn't descale my toilet.A waste of money.It did smell nice though.
Sorry to hear your Not Guilty didn't work as expected. We have passed your feedback to Mack who have made a small change to their website's description of Not Guilty to say 'use the product regularly to keep limescale free', and we are in the process of amending our own description. They also stated that any all natural product would struggle with historical built up limescale. We appreciate that this is not what you expected from your purchase.
